Cabbage Soup

Easy Soup to make and which is rich is vitamins. cabbage is very good for health.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • Pork - 1 kg
  • Cabbage - 1 1 /2 kg
  • Can saverkraut - 1 Cup
  • Dried Beans - 1 Cup
  • Onion - 1
  • Tomatoes - 1 Cup
  • Flour - 1/2 Cup
  • Butter - 2 tbsp




Method:

Take a pan and add meat to it. Add water to the meat and cook until it gets boiled. Add beans to the pan and boil for 50 min until the meat and beans are cooked properly. Add Tomatoes, cabbage and drained sauerkrauts. Cook for 20 – 25 min. Mean while take a frying pan and add butter to it. Once the butter is melted , add onions and fry for 2 – 3 mins. Add flour to it. And cook until golden brown. Add soup stock and mix them thoroughly. Add this to the meat & bean mixture and boil for 10 min. Serve it hot.
