Cauli-flower Soup

Recipe Ingredients:

  • Milk - 8 Cups
  • Carrot finely Chopped - 1
  • Onion finely Chopped - 1
  • Ham - 1/2 cup
  • Cauliflower - 1
  • Sour Cream - 1/2 cup
  • White Pepper - 2 tbsp
  • Salt




Method:

Take a sauce pan and add milk to it and bring it to boil. To this add onions, ham and carrots. Cook on low heat for 15-20 min. Clean the cauliflower and take out the florets from it. And chop them finely. Add these florets to the milk soup. Cook for 15 min. Add salt and pepper to the soup. After 2 mins add sour cream to the soup. Once done, Serve the soup hot.
