Chicken Kebobs

Kebabed meated is used in a variety of countries. Traditionally regarded as an Eastern dish it is becoming more and more popular in the west. This recipe is for Japanese Chicken kebabs.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • Chicken Breast - 1 kg
  • Green Onions - 3
  • Soya Sauce - 1/2 Cup
  • Sugar
  • Ginger root minces - 1 tbsp
  • Minced Garlic - 2tbsp
  • Oil




Method:

Wash and cut the chicken in to medium square size pieces. Chop green onions in to cubes. Take the skewer and add the chicken then the onion and again chicken piece. Do this till the skewer is filled. In a small bowl add oil, ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, salt and mix well. Pour this on the top of the chicken and onions which are added to the skewer. Place them in fridge to marinade for 1 hour.

Grill for 15 min. at every 3 mins turn the sides and brush with the sauce. Grill until the chicken is cooked . serve hot with yogurt.
