  • 2 tbsps vegetable oil
  • 5 chicken breasts
  • 12 wooden skewers
  • 3 tsps peanut butter
  • milk
  • chili powder

Method:

Wash the chicken and cut the chicken in to cube shape medium size pieces. For marination add the chicken, salt, pepper, lemon juice and the other ingredients and mix well. Once the chicken is cooked and turns in to golden brown colour. Serve the chicken hot with the chilly sauce and soya sauce. Can be served with mayonnaise.

As with all recipes which involve cooking and baking a sensible approach must be taken especially when dealing with warm or hot (temperature) ingredients. If you are unable to take due care, please do not attempt to make any of these recipes. All recipes are tried at your own risk.
