Chicken soup

This soup recipe is a mixture of spicy and yet sweet fusions.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • Lemon Grass - 1
  • Lemon Leaves - 4
  • Galanga - 1
  • Mushrooms - 1 / 2 cup
  • Tomatoes - 4
  • Chillie paste - 4 tbsp
  • Chicken fillets - 1/2 Kg
  • Coconut milk - 1 Cup
  • Fish Sauce & lemon Juice - 3 tbsp each




Method:

Clean the lemon grass and cut them as long pieces. Wash mushrooms and chop them into half. Cut the chicken fillets as slices. Take a deep pan and boil the coconut milk along with lemon grass.

Boil for 5 min. add water and boil for 4-6 min. Now , add mushrooms, chicken, tomatoes and cook for 10 min. Add chili paste and cook for 5 min. Season the dish with lemon juice and serve. Serve it hot.
