Chocolate Cake

This is a rich chocloate cake recipe from Japan. It can served with tea or other hot drink or as a sweet/pudding after lunch / dinner.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • Eggs - 5
  • Sugar - 2 Cup
  • Flour - 2 Cups
  • Butter - 1 Cup
  • Green tea Powder - 3 tbsp
  • Chocolate Chips - 2 tbsp




Method:

Take the butter and stir till becomes as smooth cream. Add sugar to the cream and mix well. Add whisked egg mixture to the butter. Add flour and green tea powder to the egg mixture. Mix them thoroughly like a smooth paste.

You can add the chocolate chips to the mixture. Take a baking dish and butter it. Pour the egg mixture in to the baking pan and bake it for 40 min at 420F. Once done it is ready to serve.
