Crab salad

This is a recipe for a traditional Greek crab salad. The herbs add a special taste and particularly "Greek" taste to the salad.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • Crab Flesh - 150gm
  • Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
  • Tomato - 2 tbsp
  • White wine - 1 cup
  • Green Onion - 1
  • Aromatic herbs - 1 bunch
  • Salt & pepper to taste




Method:

To a deep pan, add ½ cup of white wine and herbs and on low heat bring to the boil. Once boiled add crabs and cook for 15 mins. Once done keep aside. Remove the shells and take the flesh out in to a small bowl. Add onions, garlic , tomato, wine, crab flesh , olive oil and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper . Leave for 15-20 min. Its ready to serve. Serve it cold.
