Green Onion Soup

It is also called as miso soup as the miso paste is used. Miso is nothing but green onions. A tasty and nutrious Japanese soup recipe

Recipe Ingredients:

• Miso paste - 4 tbsp
• Dashi Soup Stock - 3 Cups
• Fried bean Curd

Method:

In a deep pan add fried bean curd and hot water and bring it to boil. This will remove the excess oil from the curd. Slice the fried bean into strips. Take the soup stock in a pan add boil it.

Add miso paste to some soup and warm through. Don’t boil the soup with miso paste. Add the bean curd strips in the pan with soup. Garnish with chopped onions and serve it.

As with all recipes which involve cooking and baking a sensible approach must be taken especially when dealing with warm or hot (temperature) ingredients. If you are unable to take due care, please do not attempt to make any of these recipes. All recipes are tried at your own risk.
