Primarily designed to provide ethnic recipes and meals, whether you are looking for an unusual meal, a straightforward meat, fish or poultry meal dish or even a sweet pudding recipe then hopefully you will find it here.

Lamb And Beef Kebab

This is nice and simple kebab marinated and seasoned with herbes. This kebab would go well with grilled vegetables and pita bread.

Recipe Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg ground beef
• 1/2 Kg ground lamb
• 4 finely chopped garlic cloves
• 3 onions, finely chopped
• 1 parsley, chopped
• 3 tbsp butter
• 3 tbsp olive oil -
• 1 tbsp red pepper paste
• 1 tbsp coriander
• 1 tbsp cumin
• Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

In a bowl mix all ingredients including both meats and spices and keep aside for 6-8 hours.

Once marinated shape the meat in balls and add to the skewer.

Grill until the meat turns golden brown.

Serve hot along with green salad, yogurt, sliced pepper and tomatoes.
