Potato Curry

Potato Curry which is nice and tasty one. This ia a popular dish in sweden.

Recipe Ingredients:

• Potatoes - 1 kg
• Onions - 4
• 20 anchovy fillets
• whipping cream - 1 1/2 Cup
• Dried bread crumbs - 2tbsp
• Butter - 2 tbsp

Method:

In a bowl add the washed , peed and chopped potatoes. Chop the onions. In a pan add the butter and fry the chopped onions till tender. add the potatoes in a greased pan as a layer, add the onions as a 2nd layer and again the anchovies as the 3rd and the potatoes as the fourth layer. Add the cream and the anchovy juice on the top. Add the butter and bread crumbs. Cook in a oven for 50 min at 350 F. Garnish at the end with the cream. Serve hot.
