Primarily designed to provide ethnic recipes and meals, whether you are looking for an unusual meal, a straightforward meat, fish or poultry meal dish or even a sweet pudding recipe then hopefully you will find it here.

Stuffed Eggs

A deviled egg recipe, Russian style, for hard boiled eggs stuffed with cheese and vegetables.

Recipe Ingredients:

• 8 boiled eggs
• 3 tbsp parsley chopped
• 1/2 cup cream
• 1/2 cup cheese
• 3 tbsp butter
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Mayonnaise

Method:

Take the boiled eggs and cut them into halves. Take the egg yolks out and keep them aside.

In a bowl combine yokes, butter, salt, pepper, cream, and parsley. Mix it well and add the paste as a filling to the egg whites.

Close the eggs with the other half. Sprinkle the eggs with cheese and bake these eggs for 15 min on low heat.

Serve the hot eggs on a plate and garnish with garlic and chilli sauce.
